Weeks 1–3. Systems thinking, competitive analysis, MECE frameworks, and translating business problems into actionable strategies. You'll complete a real-world strategy audit of a company of your choice.
Weeks 4–6. Building high-performance teams, difficult conversations, performance management, and organisational culture design. Includes live role-play sessions and 360° feedback.
Weeks 7–9. Boardroom presentations, written executive communication, negotiation tactics, and stakeholder influence. One-on-one coaching sessions with our communication faculty.
